Budviews – Terms of Use Effective Date: 1st September 2025
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Budviews mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Budviews, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (which forms part of these Terms). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old> to use Budviews. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 13 or older.
We ask you to provide your date of birth during account creation to help determine if you meet the minimum age requirement.
If we believe you have provided false information about your age, or are using Budviews without meeting the minimum age requirement, we reserve the right to suspend or delete your account.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for all activity under your Budviews account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
Budviews reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect misuse, breach of these Terms, or illegal activity.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, harassing, or misleading purposes.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
Upload or distribute content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the integrity of the platform.
Budviews reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.
5. User Content
You may submit or share content through the Service, including reviews, messages, and profile information ("User Content"). You:
Retain ownership of your User Content.
Grant Budviews a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you post and the consequences of sharing it.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of Budviews is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to Budviews (excluding User Content) are and remain the exclusive property of Budviews Limited or its licensors.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior authorisation.
8. Third-Party Services
Budviews may integrate with services provided by third parties (e.g. OTP delivery, cloud hosting). We are not responsible for the functionality, content, or data practices of those services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable and continuous access to Budviews. However, the Service may occasionally be interrupted, restricted, or modified without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such interruptions.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Budviews at any time:
If you violate these Terms or applicable laws;
If required by law or a regulatory authority;
For technical or operational reasons.
You may also delete your account at any time through the in-app settings.
Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends immediately, but relevant sections of these Terms (e.g. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability) will survive termination.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Budviews is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:
That the Service will always be secure, error-free, or available at all times;
That content will always be accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
Budviews shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the previous 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of Budviews after the changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
